Voting by persons temporarily residing abroad (ERTA)

Voters who wish to vote and are temporarily abroad between the announcement of an electoral process and the holding thereof must apply to vote in advance.

Vote counting

The provisional count is the tally of votes that takes place at the polling station at the end of the voting, the result of which is made public by the Presiding Officer once the count has been completed.
